Guests are invited to stroll through the verdant Mont Destin vineyards, taste their award winning wines and relax in the magnificent gardens, while savouring the sounds of an intimate unplugged musical serenade by the duo who founded this globally popular German band.
Fools Garden was formed in Germany by two enthusiastic young musical maestros and band leaders, Peter Freudenthaler and Volker Hinkel, in 1991. Four years later, the release of Lemon Tree catapulted the pair to chart-topping success world-wide. The song has been translated into over 40 languages and achieved a sales quota of over six million units. A recent concert in St Petersburg was attended by over 100 000 people. Performing at Mont Destin wine estate, Fools Garden will make their very first appearance in the Western Cape, South Africa, but hopefully not their last!
