Friday 5 December. We will start with an elegant dinner, dining at one of the top ten restaurants in Franschhoek.

After a peaceful breakfast the day will continue, and Samp and Soufflé will transport you to Cap Classique tasting led by a top local wine maker, a visit to the Anton Rupert Vintage Collection, authentic Belgian chocolate tasting and…. yes, you guessed it, more champagne and a Sabrage.

That night enjoy an interactive dinner with a well known South African chef - all to yourself.

Sunday 7 December will start with a champagne brunch and the rest of the day at leisure at the Champagne Festival.
